The Residential Sales Team will put you in contact with our partner, Las Catalinas Doorway, to book your stay in one of their 65 rental options or Santarena Hotel. We're also happy to set up a call to review initial options available for purchase.

Fly & Buy travelers will receive a discounted rate for accommodations for travel between now and December 17, 2026*. Should travelers decide to purchase a residence within 1 year of the trip, flights for two adults, ground transportation, and accommodations costs arranged by Las Catalinas Doorway will be deducted from the purchase price of the residence at the time of signing a legally binding Purchase and Sale Agreement.*

• Individuals must provide valid receipts for these expenses to qualify for the cost deduction. Trip incidentals including food and beverage, experiences, tours, services, or any other personal expenses incurred during the stay are not included.   

• Up to $5,000 flight, transportation and and Las Catalinas Doorway lodging travel expenses credited against the Purchase Price for a Purchase and Sale Agreement executed and ensuing Execution Payment made within 1 year (365 days) of the date of departure.  

• The offer excludes travel dates during peak holiday weeks, i.e., Easter, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
